Walleye Recipe - Crunchy Coated Walleye

Found this interesting walleye recipe this morning - crunchy coated walleye . It was posted by Sharonrae at Flavors of Kentucky, and it reminds me that I always wanted to do a section on fish recipes, obviously most of them will be walleye recipes. I have so many of them, some from books, others from friends and just stuff I found on the internet.

If you have fish recipes that you would like to post here, you can leave them as a comment for now and once I am ready to get all this organized properly, I will post your recipe and give you full credit (of course) including a proper link to your site.

Hello Marc, I enjoy reading your blog & like to try your recipe one day. We're going to Sainte-Anne for Tommy Cod fishing next weekend. We're from Thornhill Ontario. We'll like to know if there's any Walleye ice hut rental along the highway 40. Can you refer one or 2 to us? Thanks.

Hi, here is the list of Montreal area ice fishing outfitters, most of them are off the 20 or 40 on Lake Saint Louis or Lake of Two Mountains:

Hi Marc,

I have noticed that you made a post in 2005 about free bathymetric maps of the lakes in Quebec. I am a grad student and I am looking for these types of maps. For example, I am looking for bathymetry data around Ouje Bougoumou, Quebec. Can you please help me in finding this source of information?

email: benita.tam@gmail.com
your help is much appreciated

Thanks for the recipe. I used to live in Minnesota, and had a Walleye recipe similar to this, but lost it.

I hope I can catch more walleye with my new Fishfinders
