Where to Buy Minnows near Montreal
People often ask where to find minnows in Montreal. Live minnows are allowed on the Saint Lawrence river, they are in my opinion the deadliest bait for walleye, but you have to know where to get them. Hi Michel, I found a place on Notre-Dame st close to Marché Atwater to buy minnows.
They sell minnows from panfish to musky size.
It`s a perfect place for those who fish the Lachine Rapids, the Verdun area and when going shore fishing at Parc de la Cité du Havre.

Thanks. I think I walked in front of this place just last weekend, it was at night so they were closed but I had never noticed that shop before. They seemed to sell fishing gear, I didn't notice anything about minnows but I'm glad to hear they have them.
